Peugeot 3008 SUV adds a new variant, GT Sport, with an abundance of elegance and style courtesy of the 'Black Pack'. Featured as standard exclusively on the 3008 GT Sport, it comprises blacked-out trim elements and exclusive black 19-inch 'Washington' diamond-cut alloy wheels with a unique 'Black Mist' finish.

Peugeot 3008 SUV GT Sport also includes Nappa leather** upholstery, with heated front seats and 8-way electronic adjustment and massage function for the driver, plus a state-of-the-art 10-speaker, 550-watt audio system as standard from premium French hi-fi provider FOCAL.

The facelifted Peugeot SUV duo, their refined and powerful new looks highlighted by striking new frameless radiator grille designs underlined by gloss black side scoops and a painted treadplate integrated with the new bumper design, strengthen an already-impressive SUV range.

The headlights, which have been redesigned on both 3008 SUV and the larger 5008 SUV to give a more purposeful appearance, feature daytime running lights and indicators all using advanced LED technology.

For the first time, the range-topping 3008 SUV GT and GT Sport models feature their own unique grilles with an extended lighting signature incorporating Peugeot's new 'Fog Mode' function to make them stand out even more.

Fog Mode replaces conventional fog lights by integrating with the LED headlights to operate the low-beam lamps at a reduced intensity whenever the rear fog lights are activated.

At the rear of both 3008 SUV and 5008 SUV, Peugeot's trademark 'three-claw' tail lights have been updated to full-LED technology and new sequential indicators provide a contemporary look. The rear lights also feature smoked glass lenses, extending the black boot strip on either side.

Inside, the new 3008 SUV and 5008 SUV pair feature Peugeot's next-generation digital i-Cockpit® technology with an improved 12.3-inch digital head-up instrument panel that produces a higher contrast to improve visibility, a compact steering wheel for improved driving dynamics and a larger upgraded, centrally-mounted 10-inch, high-definition, capacitive colour touchscreen for increased functionality.

The new 10-inch touchscreen is underscored by seven elegant piano 'toggle switches' giving direct access to the car's main control functions, including the audio system, navigation, climate controls and vehicle settings.

MY21 Peugeot 3008 SUV also offers buyers the latest driving aids and safety features including Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop and Go and Lane Positioning Assist for GT Diesel and GT Sport as part of the Adaptive Cruise Control system. The latest-generation Automatic Emergency Braking system now features the additional capability of low light pedestrian and cyclist detection.

Full connectivity is assured for new 3008 SUV and 5008 SUV, too, with Apple CarPlay™, Android Auto and MirrorScreen standard across both model ranges. All model variants are now fitted with two rear passenger-accessible USB sockets and, for maximum listening pleasure, a 515-watt, 10-speaker FOCAL® premium audio system is available on 3008 GT Sport and 5008 GT Diesel.

New MY21 3008 SUV adds new exterior colour choices with Celebes Blue and Vertigo Blue joining Artense Grey, Platinum Grey, Perla Nera Black, Pearl White and Ultimate Red on the colour palette. Vertigo Blue, Pearl White and Ultimate Red are premium 3-layer paint options with an additional tinted translucent topcoat for added brilliance.

MY21 5008 SUV's exterior colour range is available in Sunset Copper, Celebes Blue, Artense Grey, Platinum Grey, Perla Nera Black, Pearl White and Ultimate Red available.

Mechanically, the new 3008 SUV and 5008 SUV models are available with a choice of efficient 1.6-litre petrol and 2.0-litre turbo-diesel engines with Peugeot's EAT8 eight-speed automatic transmission standard on selected models.

For its part the new MY21 Peugeot 5008 SUV, available in GT specification, features refreshed styling, even more technology and driver assistance systems to further increase its appeal.

Larger than 3008 SUV, it offers increased accommodation with three rows of seats providing comfort for up to seven people in a two-three-two seating configuration in an interior that is comfortable, practical and versatile.

The new 5008 GT Diesel also comes with Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) with Stop & Go technology that is able to bring the vehicle to a complete stop and move it away again - from stationary and in stop-start traffic.

Lane Position Assist, which is linked to the ACC, helps ensure the new 5008 GT Diesel SUV stays safely centred within its lane. Owners also benefit from the latest-generation Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) technology that works between 5km/h and 140km/h.

Peugeot Australia General Manager, Kate Gillis, said these latest upgrades for 3008 SUV and 5008 SUV only serve to increase their already-strong appeal.

"Both the 3008 SUV and 5008 SUV have been popular from the day they were launched, and these upgrades bring a strong, refreshed look and feel to them both while maintaining their French flair and charm," Ms Gillis said.

"The 3008 SUV and 5008 SUV are perfect for families of all sizes and needs and their bold design signatures only serve to move the brand forward into the future. It's a very exciting time for Peugeot in Australia," she added.
