I felt that my concerns re my car were dealt with in a calm and honest manner. Having moved to Jarvis due to the change with Peugeot servicing I was pleased that I was given specific information in a straightforward manner. All staff were friendly.

I was an unhappy client transferred with Peugeot. There is a problem with my car and it required the 60,000kms service as well. Tim at the service counter was excellent and so helpful. Organized a taxi and then when he found out I want to buy a new car organised a trial car for me to test that day. Testing the car was extremely helpful. Tim then organised for Greg from Sales to call me and discuss new car options. I still have to come back and get my Peugeot fixed but we are waiting on parts from France. The head mechanic test drove my car with me when I dropped it off and straight away identified the problem (which the previous Peugeot place had trouble identifying the problem and did not fix properly or installed inferior products and hence the rattle is back). I normally come away fuming from car services at the other place, but I have been raving about what a great place Jarvis is and the treatment I have received, professional, helpful and pleasant. I hope it continues. Thank you.

I was stunned by this dealer. We live in Broken Hill and came down with the family to get the Peugeot Serviced, and to go to Monarto Zoo. The morning of the service I found out that the buses to the zoo only run once a day and that we couldn't go. The service people arranged a loan car for the day and we were able to go. That aside, the staff were great being friendly and helpful and you even have complimentary drinks for clients. All of this was unheard of in Sydney where we bought the Peugeot. Maybe you should change this survey as I would have chosen an 11 if there was an option to do so. Thanks once again.

Courtesy lift was very important to me as I live alone and had no way of getting home other than a bus on a very hot day. Staff (Adam) was very friendly and helpful which I hadn’t experienced with Australian Motors. Expected bill explained up front no nasty surprises. On collection Adam explained everything that was done and let me know I could expect an approx cost of $690 for brakes next service.
